• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products that are unopened and have their original packaging intact. Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund or exchange due to hygiene and safety concerns.
• Unopened items purchased either online or in-store at SmokeHub can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Enjoy a 1-year warranty on electronic devices purchased from SmokeHub. If your device malfunctions, it may be exchanged within one year from the original invoice date, provided you have a proof of purchase.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, liquid damage, or physical damage.
• The warranty is not applicable to disposables, e-liquids, and accessories.
• SmokeHub reserves the right to evaluate and decide on all warranty claims.
